Addon "Username not found"

I have been getting username not found using the same credentials that I use to login to the forum. Is there a process to have this checked ?

Tried it, but message is still the same "username not found", it was working before even with the new layout but then when updated again I cannot login.

Issue resolved, no idea what the root cause was but today when I tried it asked me what the machine name was and logged me in. Unfortunately I am not aware if anyone did anything to help that might be useful if someone else has an issue.
